Our Current Proposals

We are committed to engaging with the local community, other landowners and stakeholders to develop a vision for the North Dorchester Garden Community.

The Consortium prepared a comprehensive response to the Local Plan Consultation in 2021 which included a substantial amount of technical information which has informed our masterplanning process.
