We wanted to understand what people wanted from new development in their local area, so it could inform our plans for the North Dorchester Garden Community.
In 2021, the North Dorchester Consortium commissioned Cognisant Research to undertake an extensive Social Attitudes Survey, interviewing hundreds of people to understand the benefits that residents hoped future development could bring to the local area.
