Grainger has been operating for over 100 years and initially managed affordable, tenanted accommodation. Now, with circa 9,000 tenanted properties across the UK, the company has diversified to extend its brand of long term and stable investment in communities through direct development of private and social rented developments, alongside market housing. As a long- term investor in its own developments, it is committed to acting as both a creator and custodian of great places.
